Finley the Sea Serpent is a mascot of Indigo Park.

Description[]
"Oh, hi fellas. It’s Finley the Sea Serpent! Finley is shy and melancholic, but being best friends with Rambley, Mollie and even Lloyd, sometimes gets him out of his shell. He loves to collect seashells, and won’t be afraid to show off his collection! When he’s feeling more outgoing he’s been described as reckless and silly. Meet Finley today at Indigo Park in Oceanic Odyssey."
Appearance[]
Finley has a large, snake-like body that's coated in teal green scales, a pale yellow underbelly, a large two-toned dark orange and light yellow mane on his head, and golden eyes with light yellow sclera. He has a large black nose, with 2 sharp yellow fangs and a long red-ish pink tongue. He has 5 golden scales on his back that lead to his yellow tail.
We can see his old monster form looks more eel-like, appearing far more scaly. He has no prominent fangs, but a mouthful of sharp white teeth and a pink forked tongue. His eyes have no visible pupils, and his mane is far more faded.
His new monster form appears even more animalistic, with more detailed scales. He has regained his prominent yellow fangs along with scattered sharp yellow teeth. His forked tongue now appears darker and greener as well. His eyes have been moved to the sides of his face and retain their pupilless appearance. His mane has been swapped for green fins with yellow webbing on the sides of his head.
Personality[]
Finley is a shy, yet good-hearted serpent. He likes being alone in his cave.
Chapter 1[]
Finley only appears for a short while at the end of Chapter 1 where you can see him swimming in the aquarium at the entrance of Oceanic Odyssey, likely hinting at him being the main antagonist of Chapter 2.

- UniqueGeese hinted at him by posting only a snake emoji on Twitter/X.[citation needed]
- He was mistakenly thought to be a dragon. When asked about him, UniqueGeese said, “What dragon?”[citation needed]
- Finley is likely inspired by Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh.
- UniqueGeese has said that while the rest of the core Indigo Park mascot cast are both intentional parodies of Disney characters and were intentionally normal animals, Finley is intended to be a reference to "some other stuff".[1]
- Finley's silhouette in the first teaser trailer for Chapter 1 is different than his official artwork in the finished game.
- Finley appears to be the only one who:
- Is a fantastical creature instead of a real animal.
- Doesn't have some type of occupation in the group of mascots.
- Is the only one whose attraction, as advertised on Rambley's Railroad, is intended to be an educational experience rather than purely entertainment.
- The only one whose name initial (F in Finley) does not match the initial of his species (S for Sea Serpent), and was the first character whose name was not alliterative (prior to the introduction of Skurv the Coyote).
- He mentions knowing Rambley for over 100 years. This is likely a reference to the age of the Indigo company, based on the age of the Walt Disney Company.
- As seen in Mollie, Ahoy!, Finley is depicted as residing inside a water tank when on land.
- Finley's oldest 3D model, which consisted only of his head, was created by Emily C.[2] He was redesigned for Chapter 2 by Opossol.[3]
- Both of Finley's 3D models lack pupils. When asked if this means Finley's monster form is blind, UniqueGeese cheekily replied "I don't know",[4] implicitly confirming this to be true.
